Shipping policy

As we are a family run business, we work very hard to get all our orders out within 1-3 business days with the exception during busy sale periods where handling time may be extended to 5 business days

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please keep in mind we are a business based in Western Australia, so be sure to select appropriate postage options. We encourage Express Post for all urgent orders. We use Australia Post for all orders and we do not accept responsibility for any postal delays once shipped.

Postage times within Australia (once despatched)

  • Standard – 3 to 8 business days
    $9.95 (Australia Post)
  • Express – 1 to 5 business days
    $15 (Australia Post)

All Australian Wide Orders over $150 receive FREE standard postage.

Please note: For orders inside Australia our prices include 10% GST. 

International Shipping

*Please note that all shipping costs are in Australian Dollar (AUD)

New Zealand: $35 AUD Standard Post

Canada & United States: $35 AUD Standard Post

UK & Ireland: $35 AUD Standard Post

*Please note that International Delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at your destination country. 

Any taxes or duties applied are the responsibility of the customer. Little Fawny Co. is required to declare the exact order value of all items In compliance with Australian export regulations.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer exchange or returns for change of mind. 

In the event that you order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 working days at hello@littlefawnyco.com. Please include your order number, description of the fault/damage, and a photograph of the item.
