Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

Little Fawny Co, is based in Perth, Western Australia. 

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We do however try our best to get our orders packed and shipped off within 24 hours. Please note purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business days and that delays may occur during peak holiday times. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

As we are based in Western Australia, please select appropriate shipping for orders, and we recommend express shipping for all urgent orders. We use Australia Post for all orders and we do not accept responsibility for any postal delays once shipped. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to the one provided at checkout with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folders as the email can often end up there. As your order progresses you will receive email updates on the status of your order.  

I haven't received my tracking number, what now?

Please ensure you have checked your spam/junk folders first, as most times that is where they tend to end up! If still no luck, please hop over to our Contact page or alternatively you can email us at hello@littlefawnyco.com 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange for items for a change of mind.  If a you have ordered an incorrect size or product has arrived and is faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving. Please contact us at hello@littlefawnyco.com. The item must be in a new and unused/unopened condition. Once information has been received, we will give you further instructions on a refund or full replacement.

Is it possible for an order I’ve made to be cancelled by me after it’s been confirmed?

If your order has not been processed we may be able to cancel it for you. Unfortunately, any items purchased on sale or with promo codes cannot be cancelled or amended.  Please contact us at hello@littlefawnyco.com with any questions.

Can I change or add to my order after I have placed it?

If your order hasn't been processed you may be able to make a change or add items, or alternatively we may be able to cancel the order for you so you can re-order the correct items. Please contact us at hello@littlefawnyco.com with any questions.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently we are only shipping in Australia, but keep an eye out for future changes as we expect to introduce some International Shipping very soon.
