Refunds, returns, and exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchange or returns for change of mind.
In the event that you order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 working days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, description of the fault/damage, and a photograph of the item.
Little Fawny Co. inspects all items before they are posted and aims to provide all our customers with products of a high standard quality. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Please include your order number, description of the fault/damage, and a photograph of the item. Each request is assessed by a case-to-case basis, and once the information is received it will be assessed accordingly.
Please note that any items damaged as a result of washing or wear are not considered to be damaged or faulty and no refund or exchange will be given.
Please be aware that as we are a small business, unless the product has been deemed as faulty/damaged, Little Fawny Co is unable to pay for any costs associated with returning the items or posting them back to the customer. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the cost of the return and pay for it to be shipped back out again.
When sending items back to us, we encourage you to please take care and recommend using registered post with a tracking number. Any items that are lost in the post are the customer's responsibility and Little Fawny Co will not offer any exchanges or credits for lost parcels.
Please note you damage a garment from washing or wear, we cannot accept garments back for exchange
